Amphibious Body

The Amphibious Body is a number of modifications made to your body during its installation including a set of synthetic lungs which replace yours, a set of mechanical gills which are embedded into your neck, and a set of retractable mechanical fins which are embedded in/adhered to each of your major limbs. With the Amphibious Body installed you can breathe underwater, and you have a swimming speed of 60 ft.
Body-Mounted Grenades
Cyberware, Very Rare, 50,000 gp
The Body-Mounted Grenades is a rack of rocket-powered grenades that can either be embedded into a creature’s torso or attached to either of their shoulders during installation. The Body-Mounted Grenades grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- Whenever you make an attack on your turn you can choose to fire a rocket-powered grenade from the Body-Mounted Grenades. If the Body-Mounted Grenades are embedded into your torso they first emerge from within your body before firing. When you fire a rocket-powered grenade from the Body-Mounted Grenades, select a point that you can see within 500 ft. of you. The rocket-powered grenade instantly flies to that point from its place on your body. When it reaches that point, it explodes. Every creature within 20 ft. of a roket-powered grenade when it explodes must make a DC 18 Dexterity Saving Throw. Upon a failure they take 6d6 fire damage, or half as much upon a success.
The Body-Mounted Grenades carry 4 rocket-powered grenades. Every time you fire a rocket-powered grenade you spend 1. You regain spent rocket-powered grenades when you finish a long rest.
Chrome Tail
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Chrome Tail is a glittering silver limb which protrudes from a creature’s tailbone. The limb is incredibly flexible and grants whoever it is integrated into the following benefits:
- The Chrome Tail functions like an additional arm and hand. As an example, with the Chrome Tail a creature could hold a single object that they could normally hold in one hand and still have two hands free.
- The Chrome Tail aids in its user’s balance and freedom of movement in the midst of efforts of acrobatics. As a Reaction whenever you make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check you can grant yourself advantage on the check.
- You can use the Chrome Tail as a melee weapon. The Chrome Tail does not require you to wield it in any hand so long as it is installed in your body. You are proficient with the Chrome Tail, it has the Finesse property, it has the Reach property, and when it hits a creature it deals 2d6 slashing damage.
Cuerpo Jet
Cyberware, Very Rare, 50,000 gp
The Cuerpo Jet is an engine which is embedded into your body during its installation and an exhaust or exhausts that jut out of your body either permanently or while you are using them to fly. With the Cuerpo Jet installed you have a flying speed of 60 ft.
Cybernetic Immune System
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Cybernetic Immune System is a coat of metallic silver that covers the veins, the lungs, and the guts of anyone into which it is installed. A creature installed with the Cybernetic Immune System is immune to disease and to poison damage.
Drag Wings
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Drag Wings are a set of metallic fins that are embedded into a creature’s back between their shoulder blades during their installation. The Drag Wings grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- The Drag Wings are always concealed, folded up beneath the skin of your back and between your shoulder blades. In this state the Drag Wings are invisible, detectable only by means of perception which would penetrate your skin.
- Whenever you begin to fall or while you are falling as a Reaction you can cause the Drag Wings to deploy. When the Drag Wings deploy the skin of your back retracts to allow the metal blades within to emerge and unfold. While the Drag Wings are deployed you descend at a rate of 10 ft. per round. While you descend at this rate you can glide. You can move up to 10 ft. horizontally for every 5 ft. you descend. If you land or otherwise stop falling while falling at this rate you take no falling damage and can land on your feet. Immediately after you land the Drag Wings retract into your back, returning to their concealed state.
Embedded Speakers
Cyberware, Common, 50 gp
Embedded Speakers are a set of speakers are embedded into an area or areas of your body of your choice during their installation. Whenever you speak you can choose to speak through the Embedded Speakers. When you do, your voice booms up to three times as loud as normal. You can also play the sound of music or video aloud via the Embedded Speakers so long as the Dungeon Master approves of the existence of such a song or video and agrees that you would have access to it.
Additionally, as an Action, you can emit a piercing sound from the Embedded Speakers. When you do, every creature within 5 ft. of you that can hear you must make a DC 11 Constitution Saving Throw. Upon a failure a creature becomes Deafened for 1 minute. A creature can retry this Saving Throw at the end of each of its turns that it spends deafened as a result of this ability, ending the effect early upon a success.
Gorilla Arms
Cyberware, Very Rare, 50,000 gp
The Gorilla Arms are a pair of synthetic, muscular arms which replace those of the creature to which they are installed. The Arms grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- Your strength score becomes 20 if it is not already 20 or greater.
- Whenever you hit a creature with an unarmed strike you deal an additional 3d6 bludgeoning damage.
- While the Gorilla Arms are installed in your body you are proficient in Athletics.
Hand Cannon
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Hand Cannon is the golden metallic barrel of a gun which is embedded into either one of a creature’s wrists during its installation. The Hand Cannon grants whoever it is integrated into the following benefits:
- The Hand Cannon is always in either one of two states, concealed or drawn. As a Bonus Action you can cause the Hand Cannon to switch between its two states, either going from concealed to drawn or from drawn to concealed.
- Normally the Hand Cannon is in its concealed state, hidden beneath the skin of your wrist. In this state the Hand Cannon is invisible, detectable only by means of perception which would penetrate your skin.
- When the Hand Cannon is drawn your hand and the skin of your wrist retracts to allow the barrel to emerge. While the Hand Cannon is drawn you can use it as a ranged weapon wielded in the corresponding hand. You are proficient with the Hand Cannon, it has a range of 50/150, and when you successfully hit a creature it deals 2d6 fire damage.
Homing Visor
Cyberware, Very Rare, 50,000 gp
The Homing Visor is a wide visor which replaces the eyes of the creature into which it is installed. The Homing Visor grants whoever it is integrated into the following benefits:
- Attacking at long range doesn’t impose disadvantage on your ranged weapon attack rolls.
- Your ranged weapon attacks ignore half and three-quarters cover.
- On your turn, before you use any of your movement, as a Bonus Action you can use all of your movement at once to make it so that you can see every single creature within 60 ft. of you, including those totally obscured from your normal vision by walls or other obstacles. You retain this vision of every single creature within 60 ft. of you until the end of your turn. Once you have activated this ability you cannot use any of your movement speeds to move until the end of your turn.
Interface
Cyberware, Uncommon, 500 gp
The Interface consists of a pair of USB port outputs embedded in a creature’s neck behind one of their ears during their installation and one USB cable input embedded into one of the creature’s wrists. The Interface grants whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- Output: The USB ports embedded in your neck are connected to your brain and to every piece of Cyberware in your body. You can download data and interface with certain machines by inputting compatible pieces of technology into your output. Different items have different effects when inputted directly into an output in this way.
- Input: The USB cable embedded in your wrist is mostly concealed, wound up underneath the skin of your forearm, but you can unwind and extend the cable at any time to plug the output into any compatible input. You can upload data and interface with certain machines by attaching your output to a compatible input. You have advantage on Hacking checks made against creatures or objects which you are connected to via your input.
- You can perform the Hack Action at a distance of 10 ft. from the target of your hack so long as your target is a creature or object that you can see.
Finite Liberty Lenses
Cyberware, Common, 50 gp
The Finite Liberty Lenses are a pair of synthetic irises and pupils which replace those of the eyes of the creature to which they are integrated. The Finite Liberty Lenses grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- The Liberty Lenses constantly display relevant information about what you’re looking at, including the names of nearby streets, the routes of passing buses, trains, and taxis, the names and hours of nearby businesses, notable facts about surrounding areas, if any, and more.
- The Liberty Lenses allow you to access and navigate the internet without any tactile or verbal input. Through sight and thought alone one can navigate the internet as it is displayed before them upon the Finite Liberty Lenses.
- The Liberty Lenses allow you to make both audio and video calls at will (no Action required). You can attempt to call a creature with which you are familiar. When you call a creature they instantly realize that they are being called and the identity of the creature that is calling them. They can then either accept or deny the call. Once accepted the reciever can hear anything you say and, if you are willing, see either your face as you speak or a live feed of your vision. This lasts until either participant ends the call (no Action required). You can also attempt to call a creature with which you are not familiar so long as you have their phone number or another method of reaching them. In such a case the creature instantly realizes that they are being called but does not realize the identity of the creature that is calling them. Otherwise the call functions normally.
- The Liberty Lenses allow you to send text messages at will (no Action required). Select a creature with which you are familiar. They instantly recieve a message from you that is no longer than 25 words. Only the recipient is aware of this message and they recieve it silently.
- The Liberty Lenses constantly display advertisements for local events, nearby businesses, city services, and Finite products, using their connection to your brain to ensure that you percieve these advertisements as much louder than the rest of the world around them. When you finish a long rest you can choose to pay 50 gp to suppress these advertisements for one week.
- The Liberty Lenses double as a monitor that you have constant access to.
Mantis Blades

The Mantis Blades are a pair of long swords, each with a flexible joint that allows to fold and retract into their user’s forearms. The Mantis Blades grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- The Mantis Blades are always in either one of two states, concealed or drawn. As a Bonus Action you can cause both or either of the Mantis Blades to switch between their two states, either going from concealed to drawn or from drawn to concealed.
- Normally the Mantis Blades are in their concealed state, hidden beneath the skin of your forearms. In this state the Mantis Blades are invisible, detectable only by means of perception which would penetrate your skin.
- When a Mantis Blade is drawn your hands and the skin of your forearms retract to allow the blade to emerge. While a Mantis Blade is drawn you can use it as a melee weapon wielded in the corresponding hand. You are proficient with the Mantis Blades, they have the Finesse property, and when they hit a creature they deal 3d6 slashing damage.
Monowire
Cyberware, Very Rare, 50,000 gp (Prerequisite: Interface already installed)
The Monowire is an enhancement made to the the Interface which causes the Output USB cable to glow red-hot when withdrawn from its concealed state, allowing its user to use it as a weapon. A creature installed with the Monowire retains all of the benefits of the Interface and gains the following:
- The Monowire is always concealed, wound up beneath the skin of one of your forearms. In this state the Monowire is invisible, detectable only by means of perception which would penetrate your skin.
- You can use the Monowire as a melee weapon. You are proficient with the Monowire, it has the Finesse property, it has the Reach property, and when it hits a creature it deals 2d6 slashing damage and 3d6 Fire Damage. Additionally, whenever you hit a creature with the Monowire, as a Reaction you can attempt to Hack them as though performing the Hack Action.
Net Lenses
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Net Lenses are a pair of synthetic eyes which replace those of the creature into which they are installed. The Net Lenses grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- The Net Lenses double as a monitor that you have constant access to and control of. Refer to the section describing the Hack Action for information on monitors.
- You can perform the Hack Action at a distance of 120 ft. from the target of your hack so long as your target is a creature or object that you can see.
- Whenever you hack an object or creature you can choose to learn more about it (no Action required). If your target was an object you learn what it is called and its primary use (if any). If it was a person you learn their name and some commonly known facts about them (if any). You also learn their creature type as well as the name and location of every piece of Cyberware installed on their body.
Night Sights

The Night Sights are a pair of synthetic eyes which replace those of the creature into which they are installed. While you have the Night Sights installed you have Darkvision out to a range of 60 ft. The Night Sights double as a monitor that you have constant access to and control of. Refer to the section describing the Hack Action for information on monitors.
Padded Soles
Cyberware, Uncommon, 500 gp
Padded Soles are a soft synthetic material that replace the soles of your feet during their installation. Your steps make no sound, regardless of the surface you are moving across. You also have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks that rely on moving silently.
Purchase Paws
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
Also known as “Climbing Claws” the Purchase Paws are a set of coarse-textured hooked fingers and toes that replace yours during their installation. You have a climbing speed of 30 ft. You can climb up, down, and across vertical surfaces and upside down along ceilings, while leaving your hands free, all without the need for an ability check to maintain your grip.
Reinforced Tendons
Cyberware, Uncommon, 500 gp
The Reinforced Tendons are a set of synthetic muscles which replace those of your lower legs as they are installed. While you have the Reinforced Tendons installed you do not take damage suffered as the result of a fall.
Roller Heels
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Roller Heels are a pair of slender mechanical boots each equipped with a set of small retractable wheels that permanently replace the feet of the creature to which they are integrated. The Roller Heels grant whoever they are integrated into the following benefits:
- The Roller Heels are always in either one of two states, concealed or drawn. As a Bonus Action you can cause the Roller Heels to switch between their two states, either going from concealed to drawn or from drawn to concealed.
- Normally the Roller Heels are in their concealed state, hidden beneath the skin of your heels. In this state the Roller Heels are invisible, detectable only by means of perception which would penetrate your skin.
- When the Roller Heels are drawn the skin of your heels withdraws to allow the wheels within to emerge. While the Roller Heels are drawn your base movement speed increases by 15 ft.
Sandevistan
Cyberware, Legendary, 500,000 gp
The Sandevistan is an operating system which is embedded into your brain during its installation, as well as a mechanical spine which replaces yours. With the Sandesvistan installed as an Action you can cause the Sandevistan to administer you with a boost of hyper-mobility inducing adrenaline. Only a moment passes for other creatures while you take 1d4 + 1 turns in a row, during which you can use actions and move as normal. If any Action you take requires another creature to make an Ability check or Saving Throw they do so with disadvantage. Once you have done so you cannot do so again until you have finished a long rest.
Storage Compartment
Cyberware, Common, 50 gp
The Storage Compartment is a cavity carved out of an area of your torso of your choice and concealed with synthetic skin. Everything that you could normally carry can be carried within this cavity, up to your carrying capacity in weight. The items contained in this cavity share your space and move with you, concealed under your skin, detectable only by means of perception which would penetrate your skin. As an Action you can retrieve any item from within the Storage Compartment. When you do, the synthetic skin retracts to allow you to retrieve the item from within before shifting back into place, returning to its concealed state.
Subepidermal Plating
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Subepidermal Plating is a series of sturdy silicone plates that are placed underneath your skin in its entirety, covering your entire body. While you have the Subepidermal Plating installed your Armor Class can never be lower than 15.
Surveillance Camouflage
Cyberware, Rare, 5,000 gp
The Surveillance Camouflage is a simple transmitter embedded in your brain during its installation. With the Surveillance Camouflage installed your visage is distorted to cameras of every kind and your body appears obscured on any monitor displaying the feed of any camera such that your presence is still detected but your identity and any detail of your appearance is rendered completely indiscernible.
Titanium Skeleton

The Titanium Skeleton is a black metallic skeleton which replaces yours during its installation. When the Titanium Skeleton is installed your Strength and Constitution scores increase by 2, as does your AC.
Toggle Torch
Cyberware, Common, 50 gp
The Toggle Torch is a small LED light which is adhered to the side of a creature’s skull during its installation. The Toggle Torch grants whoever it is integrated into the following benefits:
- The Toggle Torch is always in either one of two states, on or off. As a Bonus Action you can cause the Toggle Torch to switch between its two states, either going from on to off or from off to on.
- While the Toggle Torch is on it casts bright light in front of you in a 30 ft. cone.
